Company AUTOSTARKO, Co. ltd., was established in July 2005 because of divesting the STARKO company, Co. ltd., as one of succession firm. History companies stretch back to year 1989, when company name was Czechoslovak motoring patchy Kosice, branch Moldava nad Bodvou.
Since the firm was established, the only activity was general repairing busses model KAROSA B 731. These repairs have been the only activity to do until year 1991. At that time, during the privatization, a passage of the business into the private hands occurs. After that, activities were extended on execution general and also ordinary repairs on busses KAROSA, but already on entire product advice.

As a proof of high quality work, there are satisfied customers standing behind us and we believe that the number of them will rise in the future.

Between important commercial partner belongs Dopravný podnik Bratislava, a.s., which uses more than 30 modernized busses KAROSA B 732 with CNG modified engines, as well as Dopravný podnik mesta Kosice, a.s., which uses 15 modernized busses KAROSA B 732 with CNG engine.
